This lightweight, easy to use system will install in minutes into almost any mascot head (or Cosplay Costume), providing reliable, safe air circulation and ventilation for hours on end. The system features a 3” diameter 12 Volt safety fan mounted in a 6” diameter foam rubber “bulkhead” that installs permanently to the inside of the mascot head. Power is supplied from Velcro backed battery case and power box units that affix to a Velcro sensitive fabric patch that you also install permanently inside the head.
Once installed, just load
8 ordinary AA batteries
into the battery case (for maximum 12 volt power), or use
one standard 9 volt transistor battery
, plug the fan into the power box, and a refreshing blast of fresh air now circulates continuously inside the costume head, forcing out stale air and carbon dioxide and creating instant comfort for the performer. This system is great because it’s so simple to install and use- it utilizes standard, readily available batteries, is lightweight, and will operate for hours on end with fresh batteries.
