No returnpackage will be accepted without a valid RMA number. - All Items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization.
- Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay the shipping to send the replacement.

In case of damaged parcel:
* Carrier might damage items during shipping.
* Please inspect the package well before accepting the shipment from the carrier.
* To report a damaged parcel, please contact us.
* We will follow up and file a "damage claim" with the carrier.
* All shipping, packaging materials and boxes must be saved.
* Carriers will pick up the damaged item for inspection.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 14 days of the sale date for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable, including actual shipping costs that are part of a Free Shipping promotion and all painted parts are subject to 30% restocking fee. The item must be in factory-new condition complete with all of the original packaging, manuals and other provided accessories.
For any items that are received defective or damaged, RoyalTruckParts will replace the product at no charge to you once the item is returned. If you need the replacement right away, we can set up an Advance Replacement. This will require you to temporarily purchase a new item and we will refund as soon as the defective item arrives back to us.
